Her practice includes drafting various organizational and transactional documents, including limited liability company operating agreements, buy-sell agreements, stock/membership interest purchase agreements, redemption agreements, asset purchase and sale agreements, option plans, capital raises and mid-size private offering documents and their related Regulation D filings. Additionally, Ms. Levin has experience drafting and reviewing employment and consulting agreements, confidentiality agreements and domestic and international distribution agreements.
